Note: “The Small House” can be used for holidays but also is suitable for longer stays, up to a few months, whilst working in the area, looking for a house to buy or doing refurbishments, etc. The above prices are applicable to shorter stays. I am happy to discuss a different rate for people who make a definite longer term booking.
